Article 2 — Service Description
- Market cap, financial metrics, and price data for companies listed on KOSPI, KOSDAQ, NYSE, and NASDAQ
- Stock rankings and screening based on 25 investment metrics
- Detailed company information and financial time-series charts
- Stock comparison tool
Article 3 — User Obligations
- Users may not redistribute data obtained through the Service for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
- Users may not engage in activities that disrupt the Service (excessive crawling, distributing malware, etc.).
- Users may not use the Service in a manner that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
Article 4 — Disclaimer
- Price and financial data provided are not real-time and may be delayed by minutes to hours.
- The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data, and is not liable for any investment losses arising therefrom.
- The Service is not liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as service outages or natural disasters.
Article 5 — Intellectual Property
The logo, design, software, and content of the Service are the intellectual property of StockDigging. However, the copyright of company logos and financial data belongs to the respective companies and data providers.
Article 6 — Amendments
The Service may update these Terms as necessary and will notify users within the Service upon any changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may discontinue use of the Service.
