Its packaging capabilities are extensive, featuring both branded and private label coffee offerings in formats like bags, fractional packs, and single-serve cups, in addition to specialized extract solutions. Furthermore, the company engages in the management and fulfillment of forward sales contracts for green (unroasted) coffee. With an international presence, Westrock Coffee Company also exports its products to markets globally. Founded in 2009, the company maintains its headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas.
