These assets encompass a total of 27 distinct mineral rights, collectively spanning an area of approximately 191 square kilometers. They are strategically located within the Araçuaí and Itinga regions of Brazil's Minas Gerais state. The entity previously operated as Sigma Lithium Resources Corporation, adopting its current name in July 2021.
