Its lending portfolio is comprehensive, encompassing commercial real estate financing, construction and development loans, and commercial and industrial credit facilities – including those previously offered under the Small Business Administration's Paycheck Protection Program. For individuals, the bank provides one-to-four family residential mortgages, home equity lines of credit, and diverse consumer loans tailored for personal, family, and household expenses, available as secured or unsecured installment and term options. Additionally, Red River Bank extends tax-exempt loans, lines of credit, and standby letters of credit. Beyond lending and deposit services, the company offers treasury management, private banking, and brokerage solutions. Customers can also access investment advisory, financial planning, and a range of retirement plans. Day-to-day financial needs are supported by debit and credit cards, direct deposits, cashier's checks, and wire transfer capabilities. Modern banking is facilitated through comprehensive online services, enabling account monitoring, fund transfers, bill payments, and digital statement delivery. Accessibility is ensured via multiple channels, including in-person visits to banking centers, ATMs, drive-through facilities, night deposits, telephone, mail, mobile banking, and remote deposit capture. The company operates a network of 27 banking centers throughout Louisiana, complemented by two combined loan and deposit production offices located in Lafayette and New Orleans. Red River Bancshares, Inc. was established in 1998 and maintains its headquarters in Alexandria, Louisiana.
