In the international and structured finance sector, MBIA insures non-U.S. public finance instruments and global structured financial products, including asset-backed securities. This segment also provides coverage for sovereign and sub-sovereign bonds, alongside privately issued bonds that finance substantial infrastructure projects such as toll roads, bridges, airports, and public transportation networks.
