LTC Properties, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on seniors housing and health care properties, principally investing through SHOP, as well as triple-net leases, and joint ventures. The Company's portfolio includes nearly 190 properties throughout the United States. Based on gross real estate investments, approximately 64% of the Company's assets are seniors housing communities with the remainder skilled nursing centers.
