The company offers Korlym, an oral medication for the treatment of hyperglycemia secondary to hypercortisolism in adult patients with endogenous Cushing's syndrome who have type 2 diabetes mellitus or glucose intolerance and have failed surgery or are not candidates for surgery. It also develops relacorilant, a selective cortisol modulator for patients with hypercortisolism; a selective cortisol modulator miricorilant, which is in Phase 1b trial for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis; and a portfolio of proprietary selective cortisol modulators, such as relacorilant, nenocorilant, miricorilant, and dazucorilant for the treatment of Lou Gehrig's disease.
