Beyond core banking, Bank First offers credit cards, ATM services, insurance, data and information technology processing, investment and safekeeping services, and treasury management. Customers can also access their finances through online, telephone, and mobile banking platforms. The company's lending portfolio is extensive, covering various needs. It includes real estate financing, such as commercial property loans, residential mortgages, and home equity loans. For businesses, it provides commercial and industrial loans designed for working capital, accounts receivable and inventory financing, and other operational requirements. Further loan types include construction and development financing, residential loans for 1-4 family properties, and a range of consumer loans for personal and household use, offering both secured and unsecured installment loans as well as revolving lines of credit. Bank First Corporation operates through 21 branches situated across nine Wisconsin counties: Manitowoc, Outagamie, Brown, Winnebago, Sheboygan, Waupaca, Ozaukee, Monroe, and Jefferson. The company adopted its current name, Bank First Corporation, in June 2019, having previously operated as Bank First National Corporation.
