Company Info
TEMC, established in 2015 and headquartered in Boeun-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, manufactures special gases for semiconductor processes. The company formed technological partnerships by registering as an SK Hynix supplier in 2016 and being selected as a technology innovation company in 2018. TEMC has internalized all processes, including gas synthesis, water electrolysis, rare gas extraction/separation, purification, mixing, and filling. Through TEMCCNS, TEMCAM, SelenTech, and TEMCSolvics, it produces related equipment and gases, aiming for localization and supply chain stabilization using its comprehensive special gas production technology.
