Company Info
Green Resource, established in 2011 and headquartered in Seo-gu, Incheon, manufactures protective coating materials for semiconductor and display process equipment parts and was listed on the KOSDAQ market in 2023. The company directly developed ultra-high-density coatings using Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), applying protective coatings with corrosion and plasma resistance properties to semiconductor dry etching equipment parts. Green Resource is also developing ultra-high-density SD coating technology to enhance semiconductor efficiency and display advancement, while planning to enter the superconducting wire industry by 2028.
