Company Info
LX Holdings is a pure holding company established in 2021 through a demerger from LG Group. It owns six domestic subsidiaries, including LX International and LX Hausys, which engage in businesses such as commodity brokerage, IC design and manufacturing, and basic organic chemical manufacturing, forming a portfolio in resources, logistics, and semiconductors. LX Holdings focuses on maximizing growth potential and building a foundation for sustainable growth through customized management and strategic initiatives for each subsidiary. LX Holdings is headquartered in Seoul.
