Company Info
Refine, established in 2002 and headquartered in Seoul, Songpa-gu, is a specialized real estate rights investigation company. It pioneered a business model integrating rights investigation into loan and guarantee products, developing Korea's first RPA-based real estate finance model to offer monthly/yearly rent deposit loans, collateral loans, and jeonse deposit return guarantees. The company enhances rights investigation automation and data analysis through RPA systems like PTS System and OneCode, while also driving new ventures such as its B2C platform, Zipfine, and real estate data business.
