Company Info
Established in 2013 and listed on KOSDAQ in 2023, COSTECSYS is a specialized company for low thermal expansion and high heat dissipation materials. It pioneered the domestic development and mass production of low thermal expansion, high heat dissipation materials for wide bandgap semiconductors such as SiC and GaN, and manufactures and sells semiconductor packages for 5G communication and power semiconductor components.
