Sphere, established in 2012 as a digital healthcare company, plans to change its name through a merger with Sphere Korea in 2025 and enter the special alloy business. The company operates as one of the world's top 5 Tier 1 suppliers, manufacturing high-heat and corrosion-resistant special alloys for launch vehicle components via an OEM model. Sphere strengthens its corporate role by offering full lifecycle support services through customized production, logistics, and rapid response systems, operating from its headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City.
