Company Info
SK Biopharm was newly established in 2011 through a spin-off of SK Co., Ltd.'s Life Science business division, having initiated new drug research and development in 1993. It launched cenobamate and solriamfetol, treatments for central nervous system epilepsy and sleep disorders, following U.S. FDA approval, and has signed technology export contracts with 17 countries. The company is expanding its CNS capabilities into oncology using RPT and TPD technologies and pursues new drug development through an AI drug design platform and a partnership with LifeSci Venture Partners. SK Biopharm is headquartered in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.
