Company Info
Xi S&D, established in 2000, opened a new Indian subsidiary in 2025. The company operates in three main sectors: construction of advanced factories, IDCs, and research facilities; maintenance, outsourcing, and in-house development of housing projects; and smart home, after-sales service, rental operations, and facility management. Leveraging its experience in EV and IT device battery facility design and construction, it provides architectural solutions reflecting the latest technologies. Xi S&D is strengthening its position as a strategic partner for global manufacturers' supply chain diversification and high-value-added facility investments. It is headquartered in Jung-gu, Seoul.
