Company Info
Established in 2015 as a specialized manufacturer of Android OTT multimedia devices, the company was listed on the KOSDAQ market in 2019 following a merger with IBKS No. 9 Special Purpose Acquisition Company. It diversified its business portfolio by incorporating Korea Pile Co., Ltd., a PHC pile manufacturer, as a subsidiary.
