Company Info
Established in 2017, Wavice is a specialized GaN RF semiconductor firm, listed on KOSDAQ in 2024 as a technology growth company. Based on Korea's first localized mass production technology for GaN RF semiconductor chips, it is the only domestic company to vertically integrate the entire value chain of RF power amplification technology from chip to package-transistor to module.
