Company Info
Established in 2017 through a spin-off from Orion Holdings, the company was re-listed on the securities market in the same year. In 2024, its subsidiary, Orion Food Vina Co., Ltd., acquired 100% of MY PHUOC 3 Confectionery Co., Ltd. to secure a new factory site. The company sells biscuits, chocolates, and snacks globally, operates factories in countries including China and Vietnam, and is actively launching new products and expanding into new categories. Orion is headquartered in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
