Company Info
The company was established in 2017 through a spin-off from APS Holdings, headquartered in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, manufacturing OLED and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. It has supplied laser-based OLED manufacturing equipment for over 20 years and semiconductor manufacturing equipment for over 25 years, establishing itself as a comprehensive equipment company. With the growth of the HPC and AI markets, it focuses on developing HBM-related equipment and is conducting R&D for laser dicing and laser debonder equipment. AP Systems was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.
