Company Info
Established in 2008 under the Venture Investment Promotion Act and listed on KOSDAQ in 2016, this company's main businesses include investing in founders and venture companies, forming and executing venture investment associations, investing in restructuring companies, and forming and operating private collective investment vehicles. Leveraging its M&A expertise in small and medium-sized ventures, it formed a KRW 111.2 billion M&A Growth Association and a KRW 110 billion Scale-up Investment Association in 2024. These efforts aim to strengthen mid-to-late stage investment capabilities by supporting growth and investing in New Deal sectors. TS Investment was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
