Company Info
The company was established in 2015 through the spin-off of Megastudy's middle and high school online/offline business division, and it transferred its public official business in 2024 and acquired Unistudy's business in 2025. It comprises preschool, elementary, middle, high school, university, and employment business divisions, along with other business divisions, providing online and offline lecture services and book sales.
