Company Info
Established in 1999 as Unimax Information System, the company merged with Eugene ACPC Special Purpose Acquisition Company 2 in 2018 and subsequently changed its name to Soldefense in 2025. It independently develops and produces components for guided weapons and avionics control devices for system integrators, while also developing and manufacturing control boards for power plants and railway systems in its civilian sector.
