Company Info
SK D&D commenced its real estate development business in 2006, developing and operating diverse products. In 2024, its renewable energy and ESS businesses were spun off into SK Eternix. The company successfully develops and remodels medium to large prime offices in major business districts and is recognized as an industry leader with its 'Saenggakgongjang' and 'Episode' brands. It optimizes online and offline user experiences using IT and data, actively pursuing the discovery and investment of related startups. SK D&D was established in 2004 and is headquartered in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.
