Company Info
SGA Solutions, whose information security solution business was established in 2002, was formally founded in 2013 and listed on KOSDAQ in 2015 after merging with Kiwoom No. 2 Company. It operates integrated security technologies and businesses, protecting overall IT systems with solutions like server security, cloud security, and zero-trust security, all based on a secure operating system. Its subsidiaries include Axis Investment Co., Ltd. and Voiceye Co., Ltd., and it acquired SGN Co., Ltd. in 2022, completing an absorption merger in 2025. SGA Solutions is headquartered in Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do.
