Company Info
MS Autotech, established in 1990 for manufacturing automotive body parts, listed on the KOSDAQ market in 2010 and converted to a holding company system through a spin-off in 2024. The company operates its automotive body parts manufacturing and supply business through its holding division and domestic and international subsidiaries, including Myungshin Industrial, MS Autotech Systems, Myungshin, and Shimwon Tech. This conversion enhances corporate governance transparency and strengthens competitiveness by establishing a rapid, specialized decision-making system for each business division. The company is headquartered in Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do.
