Company Info
Koh Young, established in 2002 and listed on KOSDAQ in 2008, is a manufacturer of precision measurement automation systems, integrating mechatronics, optics, vision, software, and AI technologies. It supplies 3D solder paste inspection, 3D automated optical inspection, and 3D semiconductor post-process inspection systems to numerous EMS companies. After launching the KYMERO brain surgery robot in 2020, the company introduced the next-generation surgical robot Geniant Cranial and is actively strengthening its competitiveness in the SMT market with its AI-based KSMART platform.
