Company Info
Established in 2007 as a holding company through a human spin-off of the investment and overseas business divisions from JW Pharmaceutical, the company changed its name to JW Holdings in 2010. As of the end of the current quarter, it has six subsidiaries, including JW Pharmaceutical, engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales, R&D, and medical device manufacturing and sales. Through JW Pharmaceutical, the company has entered global Phase 3 trials for the gout treatment URC102 and received clinical Phase 1 approval for the STAT3 targeted anticancer drug JW2286, driving innovative new drug development. JW Holdings is headquartered in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do.
