Company Info
Established in 2000 and listed on the KOSPI market in 2006, this company changed its name to Metalabs in 2018. In the first half of 2025, it restructured its business portfolio by acquiring additional shares of Meta Care Co., Ltd. to gain control and transferring its stake in Momo Labs Co., Ltd. to Meta Care Co., Ltd. Metalabs' operations include a fashion division with five brand licenses and online/offline sales, a management consulting division offering services to hair transplant and hair loss management hospitals, and a healthcare division involved in pharmaceutical and medical device distribution. Metalabs was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
