Company Info
Established in 1991, the company secured global trademark and business rights for the FILA brand in 2007, and expanded its golf specialty brand portfolio by acquiring Acushnet Holdings Corp. in 2011. It converted to a holding company in 2020 and will change its name to Mistoh Holdings in 2025. The company is continuously strengthening its competitiveness in the global sports and lifestyle markets by maximizing synergy among brands and pursuing further brand portfolio expansion. Mistoh Holdings was established in 1991 and is headquartered in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
