Company Info
HISTEEL was established in 2003 through a spin-off from Hanil Steel Co., Ltd. and re-listed on the KOSPI Market in February 2003. In 2017, the company established HISTEEL PIPE&TUBE INC. in Houston, Texas, and HIPOWER Co., Ltd. in Dangjin, Chungcheongnam-do, as wholly-owned affiliates. HISTEEL commenced operations at its large-diameter square pipe factory in Haman, Gyeongsangnam-do in 2022, producing earthquake-resistant square pipes for construction and civil engineering, while actively pursuing overseas exports, including to Japan.
