Top Engineering, established in 1993 and headquartered in Gumi-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, was listed on KOSDAQ in 2003 and established a US subsidiary in 2025. The company specializes in developing, manufacturing, and selling process equipment for semiconductors, LCDs, OLEDs, secondary batteries, and camera modules. With manufacturing plants in Gumi and Paju, an R&D center in Pangyo, and offices in China and Germany, Top Engineering is expanding into the components and materials industry, supplying OLED process equipment to domestic and international display manufacturers.
