Company Info
The company was established in 1994 for semiconductor equipment and software manufacturing, underwent a spin-off of its equipment business division in 2017, and changed its name to APS in 2023. The holding division comprises the holding business unit and new materials business unit, and also includes software, dermatological medical devices, and semiconductor parts and equipment divisions. It establishes global sourcing and supply chains to provide parts for semiconductors, displays, and secondary batteries, while also expanding its ECO-Almag new material into the defense and automotive industries. APS was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.
