Company Info
Bitplanet was established in 1997 with an industrial computer business, listed on KOSDAQ in 2001, and expanded into integrated security in 2008 through a merger with Scanny Global. As a comprehensive IT company, it provides SI, SM, and IT infrastructure construction services to government ministries, public institutions, and financial institutions, while also operating education information system and next-generation public IT businesses. The company plans to add virtual and digital asset businesses in 2025, pursuing asset portfolio diversification and long-term corporate value growth through Bitcoin treasury activities.
