Company Info
FST, established in 1987, manufactures pellicles, which are photomask protective films used in semiconductor and display processes, and chiller equipment that controls the temperature of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. In 2024, the company acquired 100% equity in IMD Co., Ltd., a developer, producer, and seller of Paste, a critical raw material for electronic components. FST is addressing the expansion of ultra-fine processes through research and development of EUV Pellicles and ultra-low temperature chiller technology, continually pursuing technological innovation. It is headquartered in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.
