Company Info
The company was established in 1996 for the real estate trust business, registered on KOSDAQ in 2001, and listed on the securities market in 2016. It conducts real estate development-focused land trust business, non-land trust businesses like security trusts and management trusts, urban redevelopment projects, and REITs, maintaining industry leadership in assets, capital, and market share. The company is diversifying its business portfolio and expanding its scope as a comprehensive real estate financial company by entering urban redevelopment projects such as reconstruction and redevelopment, and the REITs business. Korea Land Trust was established in 1996 and is headquartered in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
