Company Info
PSK Holdings was established in 1990 and listed on KOSDAQ in 1997. Following a human spin-off in 2019, the surviving entity was named PSK Holdings and a new entity PSK, which later merged in 2020. Operating US corporation SEMIgear Inc., the company specializes in manufacturing and selling packaging equipment for the semiconductor back-end process, parts sales, and technical services. PSK Holdings supplies equipment to domestic and international semiconductor packaging companies, continuously pursuing technology development and market expansion to strengthen its competitiveness.
