During the current quarter, Samsung Card consolidated four new subsidiaries, including Challenger 38th Securitization Special Purpose Company, bringing its total to 13 subsidiaries. The company operates card, installment lease, and other businesses, supported by approximately 13.36 million credit card members and 3.03 million merchants. Samsung Card is headquartered in Jung-gu, Seoul.
