Company Info
This company began as Samsung Sanghoe in 1938 and was reborn as the current Samsung C&T Corporation after merging with Samsung C&T in 2015. As the parent company of the Samsung Group with 132 subsidiaries, it encompasses construction, trading, fashion, resort, food service and food ingredients distribution, and bio industries. The Construction division holds top-tier technology for super-tall buildings, while the Trading division offers chemical and steel solutions from 69 overseas bases in 40 countries. Its Bio division operates 784,000 liters of production facilities. Samsung C&T was established in 1963 and is headquartered in Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
