Company Info
Hanon Systems was established in 1986 to manufacture and sell automotive parts and systems, and was listed on the securities market in 1996. Through strategic acquisitions, including Visteon's climate control division in 2013, it rose to second place in global climate control market share. Further expansions included Cooper Standard's thermal management and exhaust business in 2014, and Magna Group's FPC business unit in 2019. With Hankook Tire & Technology becoming the largest shareholder in 2025, the company anticipates synergies from customer diversification. Hanon Systems is headquartered in Daedeok-gu, Daejeon.
