Company Info
SKC, a materials company established in 1973 and listed in 1997, expanded its semiconductor materials business through the acquisition of SK enpulse and integrated equipment/components businesses in 2023. It supplies lithium-ion secondary battery materials (battery foil), operates chemical businesses, and provides silicon rubber sockets for semiconductor testing. The company is transitioning to a semiconductor materials and components focus after divesting CMP PADs and is strengthening eco-friendly strategies, aiming for net-zero by 2040. SKC is headquartered in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do.
