Company Info
Established in 1971 for automotive tube and tire manufacturing and sales, this company was listed in 1988. It underwent several spin-offs, including automotive anti-vibration parts and battery divisions in 2004, and the rubber business in 2017. In 2022, following the acquisition of Doosan Machine Tools, it changed its name to DN Automotive and subsequently merged with Dong-Ah Tire Industrial in 2024. The company now manufactures and sells automotive batteries, parts, tubes, and machine tools, overseeing 24 subsidiaries including DN Solutions. DN Automotive is headquartered in Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do.
