Company Info
The company was established in 1971 for the purpose of manufacturing and selling steel products, listed in 1989, and started operating a new rolling mill in 2022. It produces billets and various bar and section steel products through steelmaking, using steel scrap as raw material, operating in industries that supply basic materials for construction and shipbuilding. Based on the modernization of production facilities and technology accumulation, the company strives for new product development, securing quality and cost competitiveness, and creating new demand, responding to industrial fluctuations with a multi-product specialization strategy. Hankook Specialty Steel was established in 1971 and is headquartered in Haman-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do.
