Company Info
In 2017, the company spun off its food business to establish Crown Confectionery, then changed its name to Crown Haitai Holdings, transitioning into a pure holding company. The holding division generates revenue from CROWN brand usage fees, service fees, and dividend income. While its major subsidiaries engage in confectionery manufacturing and sales, Art Valley operates a rental business. The company leverages its holding structure to enhance corporate governance transparency, establish responsible management through independent operation and performance evaluation for each business division, and strengthen specialized business capabilities. Crown Haitai Holdings was founded in 1968 and is headquartered in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
