Company Info
This company was established in 2017 through a split-merger of Lotte Confectionery, Lotte Chilsung Beverage, Lotte Foods, and Lotte Shopping, and was recognized as a holding company by the Fair Trade Commission in 2018. As of 2025, it holds 19 domestic subsidiaries, including Lotte Shopping and Lotte Chemical, with primary revenue sources being dividend income, trademark usage fees, and rental income from owned buildings. Its major subsidiaries operate in department store business, manufacturing of petrochemical basic chemicals, ice cream, bakery, and health functional foods, and manufacturing and sales of beverages and alcoholic beverages. Lotte Holdings was founded in 1967 and is headquartered in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
