Company Info
Established in 1954 and listed on the Securities Market in 1988, the company transitioned into a holding company in 2023 after a spin-off into Dongkuk Holdings, Dongkuk Steel Mill, and Dongkuk CM. Its major subsidiaries include steel manufacturer Dongkuk Steel Mill, port stevedoring and transport company Intergis, and Ferrum Infra, which operates golf courses and MRO businesses. Dongkuk Holdings was established in 1954 and is headquartered in Jung-gu, Seoul.
