Company Info
Established in 1949 for the production and sale of welding materials, the company was listed on the stock market in 1975. In 2010, it underwent a spin-off and physical division into CS Holdings, Chosun Welding Rod, and Chosun Welding Rod Onsan. The company manufactures and sells covered welding electrodes and flux-cored wires for industries like automotive, shipbuilding, and construction. Through its holding company structure, it aims to enhance transparency, establish responsible management, and diversify risks by concentrating specialized business capabilities. CS Holdings is headquartered in Pohang-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do.
